Publisher Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1.1 When you create an account with us, you must provide us with valid information. Failure to comply with these conditions constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate cancellation of your account in our Service.

1.5 Your email addresses will not be shown, delivered or sold.
Condition of use.
2.1 All publisher websites must be approved manually before ad slots can be created and can be used to show soft ads.
2.2 If your site is approved, it will only show ads on the approved domain.
2.3 You can not ask anyone to click on your ads, nor you can do it. if we detect any attempt to deceive the system, it is subject to cancellation of the account and all funds therein. Funds will be returned to advertisers.
Approval as publisher
3.1 The site must contain content of at least 100 words.
3.2 You must be the owner or administrator of the website.
3.3 The website should be associated with the bitcoin theme.
3.4 Not host content that delivers malware or browser hijacks/redirects.
3.5 Not host or link to copyright infringing (pirated/illegal) material.
3.6 Not contain or link to adult content.
3.7 Must not be under construction or incomplete.
3.8 Must not lock, interfere, or manipulate with the browser or navigation.
3.9 Must have been online and operational for at least one month.
3.10 Must have a functional layout and adequate design.
3.11 Must contain original content and comprise of at least two pages.
3.12 Must not contain excessive advertising.
Placing ads
4.1 You can only place up to 3 ads per page and must be of different sizes.
4.2 The banners must be visible to the public, they should not place the banner at the end of the page where nobody sees it.
4.3 The banners should not be obstructed by another advertising banner, for example placing the banners below a slider ad of another advertising network.
4.4 Never click on your own banners, or ask your visitors to do so.
5.1 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
5.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
5.3 We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5.4 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
6.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
